UEC’s program participants represent a culturally and economically diverse group
of Baltimore City youths. UEC’s overall goal is to give participants a unique
and fulfilling experience which they can build on as they transition from
adolescense to young adults. Our programs are well structured, fun, and produce
measurable results. UEC has had a profound impact on many (past) participants,
who continue their involvement as mentors of the programs.
